Myexpert100 Withdrawal Conditions

Main Provisions
- This agreement becomes effective upon registration and opening of a trading account and remains in force throughout the client's service period with Myexpert100.
- The client has the right to withdraw funds from the trading account without restrictions, provided all conditions are met.

Verification (KYC)
- Withdrawal of funds is possible only upon complete verification of the client.
- In case of incomplete or missing verification, withdrawal is not possible until the verification process is completed.

Free Margin
- Withdrawal is possible only if the client has sufficient free funds in their trading account.
- If the withdrawal amount exceeds the available free funds in the client’s account, the withdrawal request will be declined. The client must contact support to cancel such a request and submit a new one that meets the fund sufficiency requirements.

Awaiting Deposit and/or Bonus
- If the client has outstanding obligations for "Awaiting Deposit" or under bonus programs, withdrawals may be restricted.
- The client is advised to contact their trading expert for detailed information on withdrawal restrictions due to outstanding obligations.

Voice Confirmation
- The company reserves the right to contact the client for confirmation of the withdrawal request.
- If the client does not respond to calls or other communication methods, the company must send a notice suggesting a convenient time for contact to confirm the withdrawal.

Third Parties
- Withdrawals to wallets registered to third parties are prohibited. Funds can only be withdrawn to cryptocurrency wallets owned by the client.
- If the client uses cold wallets for withdrawals, the owner of the trading account must provide voice confirmation that the withdrawal is to their personal cold wallet.

Withdrawal Request Processing Time
- Withdrawal requests are processed within three (3) business days from the time of request submission.

Force Majeure
- If a withdrawal request is not processed within the specified period, the client must contact a company representative for clarification regarding the situation.

Trading Plan
- If the client participates in a trading plan that requires capital to be frozen for a specified period, funds cannot be withdrawn until the freeze period has ended.
- The company must inform the client of such restrictions before the withdrawal request is submitted.

Restrictions Due to Suspicious Activity
- The company has the right to suspend the client’s fund withdrawals if there are grounds to believe the trading account is being used for illegal activities, such as money laundering or terrorism financing.
- The final decision on unblocking funds will be made after the investigation is completed and regulatory authorities make a determination.

Acceptance of Terms
- By opening a trading account with Myexpert100, the client automatically agrees to these withdrawal conditions and undertakes to comply with them.

Withdrawal Method
- The client may withdraw funds from their trading account exclusively in cryptocurrency. Allowed withdrawal currencies are USDT (Tether), using TRC20 or ERC20 networks.
- The client must submit a withdrawal request in their trading terminal, specifying the amount and wallet number.
